Shipping Policy
Delivery Method
Product delivery is carried out via courier services with which Exspace has a signed contract. The delivery time depends on the destination and usually ranges from 1 to 5 business days, except in cases of delays beyond Exspace’s control (e.g., extraordinary weather conditions, holidays, or issues within the courier service operation).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed to the customer before completing the purchase process. Exspace reserves the right to, periodically and at its own discretion, offer promotional free shipping or special benefits, of which the customer will be previously notified.
Shipment Status
After the product is sent, information about the shipment will be provided to the customer, provided the courier service enables such tracking. Exspace is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or other third parties.
Wholesale
Ordering products in the wholesale segment is not performed through an automated online system. Delivery for wholesale customers is defined by a separate agreement between Exspace and the customer and is not subject to the provisions of this Shipping Policy.
